About The Position

Come join our award-winning team as a Front Desk Agent at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott in Draper. Position is part-time, weekend availability a MUST, shifts are 3pm-11pm (16 hours per week, covering most Sunday evenings). Some hospitality knowledge and/or experience is required. Stay PMS experience is a PLUS! Requirements

Exceptional customer service skills
Basic computer skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must present self in a professional manner regarding dress and grooming
Some hospitality knowledge and/or experience is required

Responsibilities

Responsible for greeting and serving all guests in a courteous and professional manner
Organize, confirm, process, and conduct guest check-ins/check-outs
