About The Position

The Hilton Garden Inn Portland/Lake Oswego is seeking positive individuals with a welcoming spirit to join their team as a Front Desk Agent/Guest Service Representative. This role focuses on providing exceptional service to guests, ensuring their satisfaction from arrival to departure. The front desk team is dedicated to creating remarkable and seamless experiences, crafting unforgettable memories for guests. Requirements

  • High school diploma or its equivalent.
  • One year of experience working in customer service or a guest-facing role required.
  • Full understanding and comfort working on a computer with MS Suite-Outlook, Word, Excel.

Nice To Haves

  • One year of Front Desk experience in hotels preferred.
  • Previous experience with hotel PMS systems a plus.
