About The Position

We are looking for a candidate who works well independently and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Making eye contact and being welcoming are essential. This is a part-time position with a pay rate of $18.00 per hour. We frequently interview and hire for multiple properties, so location details, individual pay rates, and specific schedules can be discussed in the interview process. If we don't contact you right away, we'll have your information on file for our next round of interviews, so you only need to apply once. All employees must be legal to work in the US. Re-hire eligibility for former employees is determined by past employment performance and/or status.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operations and service by effectively communicating with team members, property management, and residents/guests.
• Follow property-specific systems to receive and sign for deliveries, ensuring deliveries are delivered to residents efficiently.
• Facilitate contractor arrivals and departures, as well as realtor/potential homebuyer/renter visits.
• Advise and remind residents and guests of any appropriate rules and regulations established by the property management.
• Follow all property procedures for resident, guest, and vendor access.
• Promptly answer and complete all resident requests, phone calls, questions, or concerns.
• Look sharp in your supplied uniform.
• Enjoy interacting with the residents.
