Hilton-affiliated Hampton Inn Med Center by MH Hospitality is seeking experienced and meticulous Evening Front Desk Agents to join our team. Our Front Desk Agents are the first point of contact for our guests, helping to create a positive and memorable experience. Strong customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are key to success in this role. We are dedicated to developing future hospitality leaders. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or hotel front desk experience preferred
  • Ability to work nights – shift is 3:00-11:00 PM
  • Experience with PEP (Property Management System) preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to handle cash and card transactions accurately
  • Team-oriented with good communication skills
  • Must be able to stand or sit for extended periods
  • Comfortable using computers and phones throughout the shift
  • Fast-paced hotel front desk environment
  • Must be available weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently
  • Manage reservations via phone, email, and online systems
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
  • Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns promptly and professionally
  • Maintain accurate guest records and process payments
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness
  • Upsell rooms and hotel services when appropriate
  • Other duties as required
