This is a full-time position with opportunities for career and development programs for management. The role requires flexibility in shifts, including AM, PM, and Night shifts. The pay rate is $14/hour. Responsibilities include guest check-in/check-out, PMS operations, cash and credit card transactions, switchboard operation, handling front office emergency/security procedures, managing reservations, assisting with administrative duties, maintaining the cleanliness of the front desk and lobby areas, monitoring bar and table cleanliness, making minor decisions, and selling guest rooms. Adherence to all policies and procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook is mandatory. A professional attitude, neat appearance, and proper uniform are required when interacting with guests, associates, and vendors.
