As a Guest Service Representative, you’ll be the first and last impression of the hotel — the “face” of our property. Your daily responsibilities will include: Warmly welcoming and checking in guests according to Marriott standards, Answering calls with professionalism (within 3 rings!), Handling guest requests, complaints, and special needs with confidence and care, Managing room assignments, availability, and group activities, Processing accurate check-outs and payments, Balancing your cash bank and keeping it secure, Communicating effectively with all departments to ensure a seamless guest experience, Generating and distributing daily reports, Following all policies for payment, credit, and cash handling. And, of course, other duties as assigned — no two days are ever the same!
