Turning Point Action is seeking a full-time Front Desk Administrator who will be responsible for managing our front desk reception area and perform a variety of administrative tasks for the office. Responsibilities include but aren't limited to welcoming guests positively, directing visitors to the appropriate person/office, sorting and distributing daily mail/deliveries as well as performing any additional tasks on behalf of Executive Admins and COO. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and welcoming personality while also having the responsibility of being the first impression as people walk through the door. The Front Desk Administrator will be expected to have a deep knowledge of our organization to give accurate information to any guests who ask.
