About The Position

Front Desk Office Administrator will greet and engage all walk-ins, answer questions about Tamarack Resort and provide a general overview of Tamarack Resort’s operations and real estate offerings. Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience working in a professional office environment
  • Idaho RE License Preferred but not required (this is not a real estate sales position)
  • Knowledge in a Point-of-Sale system
  • Prior work experience with a ski resort, seasonal business and/or the hospitality industry is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Operate as a sales representative, matching guests’ needs to the correct product including season passes, and up sale resort recreational offerings.
  • Ensure Tamarack Resort standards of service are always delivered.
  • Provide professional, friendly, and engaging service to walk ins and office guests.
  • Keep office front neat and orderly, restock sales materials and office supplies, and inform manager when items need to be ordered.
  • Answer phones, transfer calls, check messages and manage emails.
  • Enter guest registrations in CRM (A-360/Lasso).
  • Schedule tours.
  • Scrub leads in CRM.
  • Fully understand and be able to properly utilize all sales functions on the Tamarack Resort ticketing system.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
