We are interviewing for our physical therapy Front Desk Admin outpatient position. Job Overview & Work Site This individual would be responsible for assisting therapists and assistants with the following tasks:

Requirements

  • Available to work Monday-Friday 9 am-6pm
  • Strong communication skills
  • Outgoing personality and a desire to improve tour patients' and clients' quality of life
  • Successful candidates will be able to handle multiple tasks
  • Willingness to meet the job's physical demands such as frequent lifting, carrying, and pushing.

Nice To Haves

  • An interest in the field of physical therapy and a background in Exercise Science is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with patient care and related activities
  • Data intake and supporting documentation as permitted
  • Reporting all treatment procedures
  • Assisting with routine cleaning and maintenance
  • All other duties as assigned and permitted by law
