About The Position

A Front Desk Admin maintains incoming calls and emails to ensure clients requests are completed in a quick and efficient manner. As well as assisting with the overall cleanliness and organization of the office.

Responsibilities

  • Screen incoming calls to verify if the call is for front desk or another department
  • Take in information from calls and translate it accurately into a que or transfer accordingly
  • Communicate with all departments to ensure calls are routed to the correct person
  • Maintain cleanliness of the breakroom
  • Ensure snacks and office supplies are stocked
  • Maintain reservations email and put in ques accordingly
