About The Position

NEFCO Repairs is seeking a Front Counter Associate to assist customers with tool orders, estimates, and inventory. This role involves accurately fulfilling orders for shipment, receiving incoming repairs with proper documentation, and providing excellent customer service with a sense of urgency. The associate will support customer needs onsite, via phone, and email, and assist mechanics with parts allocation. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to prioritize work and perform multiple tasks
• Strong customer service skills
• Experience in handling difficult customer service situations
• Maintains excellent regular attendance, punctuality at work to ensure a high-quality and timely response for customers.
• Must perform work accurately and with a sense of urgency and integrity while playing strict attention to detail.
• Converse verbally on phone and in person
• Physical dexterity for use of tools and ability to lift 75lbs.
• Analytical ability including basic math skills

Nice To Haves

• Prior warehouse, distribution, pallet jack experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Helps customers at the counter with tool orders, estimates, inventory, etc.
• Accurately fulfill orders to be shipped to customers
• Receives incoming repairs and creates proper documentation
• Provides customer with quality customer services demonstrating a sense of urgency
• Supports customer service needs onsite, as well as through phone support and e-mail communication
• Assists mechanics with machines waiting on parts to ensure the parts are allocated correctly
• Other duties as assigned
