About The Position

Join our team for the 33rd year of Fright Fest at Six Flags Magic Mountain. This role involves creating a fun and scary experience for guests, directing them to attractions, and ensuring their safety. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and a passion for creating memorable experiences.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
Constantly standing, talking, climbing, walking, reaching, using finger movement, grasping, feeling, speaking clearly, hearing conversation, using hearing acuity, seeing near and far, stooping, bending, kneeling
Ability to work in extreme heat, sun, cold, wetness, humidity, and temperature change
All lifts over 51 lbs. require help from a coworker or mechanical device
Overtime may be required from time to time to accommodate business needs
Must have a positive, can-do attitude
Must love creating FUN experiences

Responsibilities

Line control
Directing guests to their seats in theaters and attractions (including Halloween mazes)
Set-up of the theater or attraction before performances
Housekeeping of theater or location
Hospitality and VIP support for name talent events
Answering guest questions
Monitoring wage and hour compliance
Assisting guests and providing a high level of service
Ensuring guest safety when entering and exiting an Entertainment Attraction or location
Maintaining a clean and safe facility
