Requirements

Hand-eye coordination and finger dexterity for fine detail sanding
Good vision to include close vision & depth perception
Attention to detail
Ability to stand for an 8 hour period
Ability to lift and carry 30 pounds or more
Able to work quickly
Able to bend, reach and twist upper and lower body
Conscientious of safety (safety equipment provided)
Tolerant of a dusty environment, wood preservers, solvents
Positive attitude and be able to work in a team environment
Able to follow instructions
Excellent attendance
Able to stay focused and alert while performing repetitive tasks
Reliable transportation
High School Diploma or Equivalent

Nice To Haves

Woodworking experience is a plus
Woodworking tools experience is also a plus
Manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred)
Fast Paced Production: 1 year (Preferred)
Woodworking: 1 year (Preferred)
Driver's License (Preferred)

Responsibilities

Operation of a variety of electric sanders, other electric tools and hand tools for detailed woodwork.
Performance evaluation is based on both quality and efficiency working at a quick pace while maintaining superior quality standards.
