About The Position

This position offers a base hourly wage of $23.35 per hour, plus bonus based on company performance. Love helping others rise to the challenge while keeping the picking/shipping line running smoothly? As a Trainer in Picking/Shipping, you’ll guide new and current team members—coaching, cheering, and helping everyone succeed while making sure every order leaves the facility accurate, fresh, and on time. Requirements

Minimum 3 years of Production, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing experience required
Must currently work in the department that is hiring for a trainer.

Nice To Haves

Sheetz training or trade training in production environment
High School Diploma/GED preferred
Foodservice or food manufacturing experience preferred
