About The Position

This position offers a base hourly wage of $22.35 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications, plus bonus based on company performance. Love keeping things moving behind the scenes and helping the team stay stocked and ready? As a Fresh Food Team Member III – Debox, you’ll supply production with the ingredients they need and make sure every batch of Ready-To-Eat (RTE) food is accurate, fresh, and production-ready. From prepping ingredients to tracking lot codes, you’ll be hands-on in a fast-paced, team-focused environment where attention to detail matters.

Requirements

Highschool diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
Minimum 3 years of Production, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing experience required
Foodservice or food manufacturing experience preferred
Hand tools (hammer, measuring devices, wrench, level, etc.)
Motorized Equipment (generators, pressure washer, fork lift, etc.)
Foodservice equipment such as slicers, knives, etc.

Responsibilities

Keep production flowing by reviewing orders and ingredient inventory to understand what’s needed.
Supply production with fresh ingredients so the line never skips a beat.
Follow ingredient specifications carefully - case count, quantity, slacking, shelf life, code dating, and prep instructions.
Record lot and date code information accurately to keep everything organized and safe.
Make sure all ingredients are within code during use to maintain top-quality standards.
Assemble and package Ready-To-Eat items with care, keeping products fresh, accurate, and delivery-ready.
