About The Position

The Fresh Cut Produce Clerk prepares fresh fruits and vegetables by slicing, dicing, and packaging produce. The role includes checking produce for freshness, keeping preparation areas clean and organized, creating appealing displays, assisting with inventory and restocking, and providing customer service. It is an active, fast-paced, team-oriented position involving food preparation and customer interaction.

Requirements

Comfort using knives and other preparation tools safely and precisely.
Ability to identify quality produce and follow food safety and handling guidelines.
Friendly customer-service approach and clear communication.
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to maintaining a clean, sanitary, and organized workspace.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs., with or without accommodation.
