About The Position

The Fresh Cut Produce Clerk prepares fresh fruits and vegetables by slicing, dicing, and packaging produce. The role includes checking produce for freshness, maintaining clean and organized preparation areas, and creating attractive displays for customers. The clerk also assists with inventory management, restocking, and customer service. Requirements

• Prior experience in grocery, food service, or produce preparation is preferred.
• Comfort using knives and other preparation tools safely and precisely.
• Ability to identify quality produce and follow food safety and handling guidelines.
• Friendly, helpful customer-service approach and clear communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, sanitary, and organized workspace.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds, with or without accommodation.
• Willingness to support coworkers and contribute to a positive team environment.
