About The Position

This part-time position is for a Bilingual French- Roadside Assistance Team Member residing in Ontario, Canada. The role involves assisting customers whose moves do not go as planned by handling incoming and initiating outbound calls to customers, roadside assistance service providers, and other personnel. Team members provide support and expertise to help customers continue their move, with customer safety as the number one priority. The position requires following established methods and procedures, handling all files with calm urgency, professionalism, and care, and meeting all quality-related metrics and goals. This job is suitable for dependable team players with a positive attitude, critical thinking aptitude, who enjoy a self-paced, educational work environment, speaking with and helping people, are empathetic and solution-oriented, and comfortable with eLearning, remote leadership management, and navigating multiple computer programs simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer calls
