About The Position

We are seeking a French Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join a growing remote customer support team. This role focuses on assisting customers with insurance-related documentation and coverage requirements associated with automotive loans and leases. This is a non-sales, non-collections position. Representatives will make outbound informational calls to help customers resolve insurance-related discrepancies and ensure account requirements are met.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED.
Fluent in French and English.
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, including call center, retail, hospitality, office support, administrative support, or similar customer-facing roles.
Ability to type at least 30 words per minute.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working on the phone throughout the day.
Positive attitude and ability to meet performance goals.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers regarding insurance documentation and coverage issues.
Assist customers in resolving insurance-related questions and account requirements.

Upload and maintain customer information through company software.
Leave approved scripted messages when necessary.
