About The Position

We have a third party Financial Services client that is seeking a REMOTE Bilingual French Customer Service Agent. Customer Service Representatives will be calling on auto leases and loans to customers who have inefficiencies in their insurance. This could be due to it being cancelled, missing a payment, something missing in the document, etc. The customer service rep will be calling the customer on behalf of the insurance (Capital One, GM, BMW, Audi, Credit Unions, etc.) to gather more information. Overall, they are assisting customers with problem resolutions to make sure all insurance requirements are met. All informative calls, not sales or collections.

Requirements

High School Diploma
Bilingual French
Ability to type 30 WPM
1+ year of Customer service experience (retail, call center, office work, data entry, restaurant acceptable)
No more than 2 jobs within 3 years
Comfort level that they WILL be on the phones all day long
Demonstrate a time they met performance expectations
Positive attitude

Responsibilities

Calling on auto leases and loans to customers who have inefficiencies in their insurance.
Calling customers on behalf of insurance providers to gather more information.
Assisting customers with problem resolutions to ensure all insurance requirements are met.
Verifying insurance with agents.
Uploading information to the company's internal website.
Leaving scripted messages when insurance agents don't answer the phone.
