About The Position

Customer Service Representatives will be calling on auto leases and loans to customers who have inefficiencies in their insurance. This could be due to it being cancelled, missing a payment, something missing in the document, etc. The customer service rep will be calling the customer on behalf of the insurance to gather more information. Overall, they are assisting customers with problem resolutions to make sure all insurance requirements are met. All informative calls, not sales or collections.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and French
  • 1+ year of call center experience
  • Must live in the United States and work in the US
  • Ability to not take equipment out of the country
  • VPN verifies US-based work

  • Fluent in Spanish

Responsibilities

  • Calling on auto leases and loans to customers who have inefficiencies in their insurance.
  • Gathering more information from customers on behalf of the insurance company.
  • Assisting customers with problem resolutions to ensure all insurance requirements are met.
  • Making 14 calls an hour, 100% on the phones all day.
  • Verifying insurance with agents (e.g., if a deduction is too high).
  • Uploading information to the company's internal website.
  • Leaving scripted messages when insurance agents do not answer the phone.
