This role is in support of Cencora's patient and provider support and pharma commercialization services in Canada marketed through our Innomar Strategies business. The Caseworker will be responsible for managing assigned projects and/or cases, adhering to general company processes, and providing telephone support. This includes implementing call-centre programs, offering support for funding and access issues, compliance programs, and administering case-management protocols. The role also involves implementing market research initiatives, documenting activities in a database, participating in training, providing feedback, and reporting Adverse Events. The successful candidate may have daily contacts with unilingual English-speaking customers, patients, or peers from cross-functional teams.
