About The Position

Charger Logistics is hiring a Freight Sales Representative to join our growing brokerage team. This is a fully remote opportunity, with team operations based in Chattanooga, Tennessee—one of the fastest-growing logistics hubs in the U.S. This role is ideal for individuals early in their careers who are looking to build a strong foundation in sales and logistics. You’ll develop hands-on experience in rate negotiation, relationship building, and real-time freight operations, playing a key role in keeping freight moving efficiently across North America.

Requirements

0–2 years of experience in sales, logistics, recruiting, or customer-facing roles
Strong interest in sales, transportation, or supply chain
Comfortable making outbound calls and working in a target-driven environment
Competitive mindset with a strong drive to learn and grow
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (TMS experience is a plus, not required)

Responsibilities

Source and connect with carrier partners through outbound calls, load boards, and networking
Negotiate competitive freight rates while supporting margin targets
Match available carrier capacity with customer shipment needs quickly and accurately
Manage shipments end-to-end, including tracking, check calls, and issue resolution
Provide timely updates to internal teams and customers on shipment status
Build strong, long-term relationships with carriers to expand network capacity
Ensure carrier compliance, including authority, insurance, and onboarding documentation
Operate in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with daily goals
