About The Position
Direct Traffic Solutions is a Veteran-Owned, fastest-growing fully integrated 3PL in North America. As our next Inside Sales Rep, you'll be the first voice a prospect hears and the reason they become a long-term client. This role is built for individuals who actively hunt for opportunities, build pipelines, earn trust quickly, and close deals.
Requirements
- 2+ years in B2B sales
- 1+ year in logistics (ideal)
- Communicate with confidence
- Stay organized under pressure
- Self-motivated
- CRM experience required
- Salesforce.com experience

Responsibilities
- Research, target, and open new client opportunities through disciplined outbound prospecting
- Craft compelling outreach via phone and email to engage decision-makers
- Qualify prospects by uncovering real needs, shipping volumes, and budgets
- Keep the CRM current and your pipeline clean
