About The Position

This position is responsible for ensuring freight quality by inspecting for damage or misplacement and clearing conveyor jams. The role involves fulfilling store orders by pulling merchandise using various systems (picktolight, puttolight, RF gun, voice pick), verifying quantities, applying labels, and placing freight in designated containers. Communication with individuals and groups, both verbally and in writing, is also a key aspect of the role. The position emphasizes respecting individuals through embracing differences, building strong relationships, and strengthening the team by helping, developing, and mentoring others. Responsibilities

• Ensure freight quality through inspecting freight for damage or misplacement eg strays and clearing jams in the conveyor system
• Fulfill store orders through pulling merchandise using the picktolight puttolight RF gun or voice pick system verifying display for pack and quantity placing labels in appropriate area on freight and placing freight into designated containers
• Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally andor in writing eg customers suppliers associates
• Works as a team builds strong and trusting relationships communicates with impact energy and positivity to motivate and influence
• Strengthens the team by helping developing and mentoring others recognizes others contributions and accomplishments
