About The Position
This position is responsible for various tasks related to freight flow, including operating a forklift, receiving and stocking merchandise, providing customer service, maintaining the sales floor, and ensuring the accuracy of club pickup orders. The role also involves handling inventory, using inventory tools, and maintaining equipment. Associates are expected to uphold company policies, act with integrity, serve customers, and strive for excellence. The position is located at 5555 S BUCKNER BLVD, DALLAS, TX 75228-6101, United States of America. Walmart is committed to maintaining a drug-free workplace.
Requirements
- 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
- Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities
- Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
- Operates forklift following Company standards and guidelines.
- Receives, stocks, and organizes merchandise and supplies.
- Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, and assisting with purchases and concerns.
- Maintains the safety of the facility according to company policies and procedures.
- Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Ensures club pickup orders are filled by assisting with picking and staging orders.
- Handles, moves, and displays goods in safe and correct ways.
- Tracks goods, maintains instock levels, and controls shrinkage.
- Operates and maintains forklifts in safe and correct ways.
- Proactively identifies Customers who need help and assists them with Technology services and items.
- Identifies shrink opportunities and problems and takes steps to fix them.
- Properly maintains equipment and ensures products are organized and stocked in correct ways.
- Works as a team, builds strong relationships, and communicates with impact.
- Helps, develops, and mentors others; recognizes others' contributions and accomplishments.
- Maintains and promotes the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and compliance.
