About The Position
The Freight Flow Associate is responsible for various tasks related to inventory management, merchandise handling, and customer service within a retail environment. This role involves operating equipment like forklifts, ensuring the sales floor is well-maintained and presented according to company standards, and assisting customers with their needs. The associate will also play a role in fulfilling online orders and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The position emphasizes teamwork, integrity, and a customer-first approach, contributing to the company's goal of helping customers save money and live better.
Requirements
- 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
- Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities
- Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
- Operates forklift following Company standards and guidelines.
- Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources.
- Receives, stocks, and organizes merchandise and supplies.
- Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, and assisting with purchases and concerns.
- Maintains the safety of the facility according to company policies and procedures.
- Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Ensures club pick up orders are filled by assisting with picking and staging orders.
- Handles, moves, and displays goods in safe and correct ways.
- Tracks goods, maintains in-stock levels, and controls shrinkage.
- Operates and maintains forklifts in safe and correct ways.
- Proactively identifies customers who need help and assists them with technology services and items.
- Identifies shrink opportunities and problems and takes steps to fix them.
- Works as a team, builds strong relationships, and communicates with impact.
- Strengthens the team by helping, developing, and mentoring others.
- Maintains and promotes the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and compliance.
- Acts in a selfless manner and is consistently humble, self-aware, honest, fair, and transparent.
