About The Position

The Freight Flow Associate role is responsible for various tasks related to the movement, stocking, and organization of merchandise within the facility. This includes operating a forklift, ensuring inventory accuracy, maintaining the sales floor presentation, and providing excellent customer service. The associate will also play a role in maintaining a safe work environment and utilizing technology to enhance operations. The position emphasizes teamwork, integrity, and a commitment to serving customers and members.

Requirements

• 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
• Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
• Operates forklift following Company standards and guidelines.
• Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources.
• Receives, stocks, and organizes merchandise and supplies.
• Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, and assisting with purchases and issues.
• Maintains the safety of the facility according to company policies and procedures.
• Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Ensures club pick up orders are filled by assisting with picking and staging orders.
• Handles, moves, and displays goods in safe and correct ways.
• Tracks goods, maintains instock levels, and controls shrinkage.
• Operates and maintains forklifts in safe and correct ways.
• Proactively identifies Customers who need help and assists them with Technology services and items.
• Models and helps others with technology services.
• Identifies shrink opportunities and problems and takes steps to fix them.
• Properly maintains equipment and ensures products are organized and stocked in correct ways.
• Works as a team, builds strong and trusting relationships, and communicates with impact, energy, and positivity.
• Strengthens the team by helping, developing, and mentoring others.
• Maintains and promotes the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and compliance.
