About The Position

The Freight Flow Associate is responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of merchandise and supplies within the facility, maintaining inventory accuracy, and providing excellent customer service. This role involves operating a forklift, stocking shelves, managing inventory, and assisting with customer orders. The associate will also contribute to maintaining a safe and clean work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures, and promoting a culture of respect and integrity.

Requirements

• 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
• Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
• Operates forklift following Company standards and guidelines.
• Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources.
• Receives, stocks, and organizes merchandise and supplies.
• Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, and assisting with purchasing decisions.
• Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Ensures club pick up orders are filled by assisting with picking and staging orders.
• Handles, moves, and displays goods in safe and correct ways.
• Tracks goods, maintains instock levels, and controls shrinkage.
• Operates and maintains forklifts in safe and correct ways.
• Proactively identifies customers who need help and assists them with technology services and items.
• Identifies shrink opportunities and problems with products, services, and work areas and takes steps to fix the problem.
• Properly maintains equipment and ensures products are organized and stocked in correct ways.
• Works as a team, builds strong and trusting relationships, and communicates with impact, energy, and positivity.
• Strengthens the team by helping, developing, and mentoring others.
• Maintains and promotes the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and compliance.
• Delivers results while putting the customer first.
