About The Position

This position is responsible for operating a forklift to move merchandise, stocking and organizing inventory, providing customer service, maintaining facility safety, and ensuring the sales floor is well-presented. The role also involves filling club pickup orders, managing inventory, and utilizing technology to assist customers and identify issues. The associate is expected to uphold company values of respecting individuals, acting with integrity, serving customers, and striving for excellence.

Requirements

90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
Operates forklift following Company standards and guidelines.
Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources.
Receives, stocks, and organizes merchandise and supplies.
Provides member service by acknowledging the member, identifying needs, and assisting with purchases, technology, and resolving issues.
Maintains safety of facility according to company policies and procedures.
Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Ensures club pick up orders are filled by assisting with picking and staging orders.
Handles, moves, and displays goods in safe and correct ways, tracks goods, maintains instock levels, and controls shrinkage.
Operates and maintains forklifts in safe and correct ways.
Proactively identifies Customers who need help and assists them with Technology services and items.
Models and helps others with technology services.
Identifies shrink opportunities and problems with products, services, and work areas and takes steps to fix the problem.
Properly maintains equipment and ensures products are organized and stocked in correct ways and promptly fixes any problems.
