About The Position

This position is responsible for managing inventory flow, stocking and organizing merchandise, and providing excellent customer service. The associate will operate a forklift, ensure the sales floor is well-maintained and presented according to company standards, and assist with fulfilling club pickup orders. The role also involves maintaining a safe work environment, utilizing technology services, and upholding company policies and values.

Requirements

90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
Operates forklift safely, picking up, moving, placing, and positioning merchandise pallets.
Completes work assignments and priorities, collaborating with managers and coworkers.
Receives, stocks, and organizes merchandise and supplies.
Provides member service by acknowledging needs, assisting with purchases, locating merchandise, and resolving issues.
Maintains the safety of the facility according to company policies and procedures.
Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation in accordance with company policies.
Ensures club pickup orders are filled accurately and efficiently.
Handles, moves, and displays goods in safe and correct ways.
Tracks goods, maintains in-stock levels, and controls shrinkage.
Operates and maintains forklifts in safe and correct ways.
Proactively identifies and assists customers with technology services and items.
Identifies and resolves shrink opportunities and problems with products, services, and work areas.
Works as a team, building strong relationships and communicating effectively.
Helps, develops, and mentors others, recognizing contributions and accomplishments.
Maintains and promotes the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and compliance.
