About The Position

This position is responsible for managing inventory flow, stocking and organizing merchandise, and providing excellent customer service. The associate will operate a forklift, ensure the sales floor is well-maintained and presented according to company standards, and assist with fulfilling club pickup orders. The role also involves maintaining a safe work environment, utilizing technology services, and upholding company policies and values.

Requirements

  • 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
  • Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

  • Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
  • Operates forklift safely, picking up, moving, placing, and positioning merchandise pallets.
  • Completes work assignments and priorities, collaborating with managers and coworkers.
  • Receives, stocks, and organizes merchandise and supplies.
  • Provides member service by acknowledging needs, assisting with purchases, locating merchandise, and resolving issues.
  • Maintains the safety of the facility according to company policies and procedures.
  • Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation in accordance with company policies.
  • Ensures club pickup orders are filled accurately and efficiently.
  • Handles, moves, and displays goods in safe and correct ways.
  • Tracks goods, maintains in-stock levels, and controls shrinkage.
  • Operates and maintains forklifts in safe and correct ways.
  • Proactively identifies and assists customers with technology services and items.
  • Identifies and resolves shrink opportunities and problems with products, services, and work areas.
  • Works as a team, building strong relationships and communicating effectively.
  • Helps, develops, and mentors others, recognizing contributions and accomplishments.
  • Maintains and promotes the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and compliance.
  • Acts in a selfless manner, being humble, self-aware, honest, fair, and transparent.
