About The Position

This position is responsible for managing inventory flow, stocking merchandise, and ensuring the sales floor is well-maintained and presented according to company standards. The associate will operate a forklift, assist with member services, and contribute to a safe and efficient work environment. They will also be involved in fulfilling club pick-up orders and maintaining inventory accuracy.

Requirements

90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
Operates forklift following Company standards and guidelines.
Receives, stocks, and organizes merchandise and supplies.
Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, and assisting with purchasing decisions.
Maintains the safety of the facility according to company policies and procedures.
Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation.
Ensures club pick up orders are filled by assisting with picking and staging orders.
Handles, moves, and displays goods in safe and correct ways.
Tracks goods, maintains instock levels, and controls shrinkage.
Operates and maintains forklifts in safe and correct ways.
Proactively identifies customers who need help and assists them with technology services and items.
Identifies shrink opportunities and problems with products, services, and work areas and takes steps to fix the problem.
Works as a team, builds strong and trusting relationships, and communicates with impact, energy, and positivity.
Helps, develops, and mentors others; recognizes others' contributions and accomplishments.
Maintains and promotes the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and compliance.
