About The Position

The Freight Flow Associate is responsible for various tasks related to the movement, stocking, and presentation of merchandise within the facility. This role involves operating equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring inventory accuracy, maintaining the sales floor, and providing excellent customer service. The associate will also contribute to a safe and ethical work environment, adhering to company policies and values.

Requirements

90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
Operates forklift following Company standards and guidelines.
Receives, stocks, and organizes merchandise and supplies.
Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, and assisting with purchasing decisions, product information, and issue resolution.
Maintains the safety of the facility according to company policies and procedures.
Ensures the sales floor and merchandising presentation are in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Ensures club pick up orders are filled accurately and staged properly.
Handles, moves, and displays goods in safe and correct ways.
Tracks goods, maintains instock levels, and controls shrinkage.
Operates and maintains forklifts in safe and correct ways.
Proactively identifies customers who need help and assists them with technology services and items.
Identifies shrink opportunities and problems with products, services, and work areas and takes steps to fix them.
Properly maintains equipment and ensures products are organized and stocked in correct ways.
