Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating pickups, deliveries, and cross-dock operations.
- Follow up on shipment status and update tracking tools.
- Support booking requests with carriers and consolidation centers.
- Support preparation of daily or weekly shipment reports.
- Ensure data accuracy and traceability.
