Freight Capacity Coordinator - Bulk Division
About The Position

As a Bulk Capacity Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our logistics engine, responsible for building and strengthening relationships with carrier partners to support our customers' bulk freight needs. You'll work cross-functionally with sales, account management, and the rest of the logistics team to ensure every load is moved efficiently and on time. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role that blends relationship management, data-driven decision-making, and strong communication. Requirements
- College education - with a focus or at least interest in business, logistics, or supply chain management
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized under pressure
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and learning logistics systems
- Friendly, team-oriented attitude and eagerness to grow
Nice To Haves
- Previous logistics and TMW Suite software experience is a plus—but not required
Responsibilities
- Make 100+ daily phone and email contact with trucking carriers to match freight to available capacity
- Negotiate transportation rates and secure reliable carriers
- Track and trace loads to ensure on-time pickup and delivery
- Build relationships with carriers and identify opportunities to grow our network
- Enter shipment updates and carrier information into our systems accurately and in real-time
- Collaborate with account managers and logistics coordinators to deliver great service
