Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in account management, logistics, or a related customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in Korean and English (written and verbal) is required.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to be client-focused with a commitment to building long-term relationships.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating with teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in the freight brokerage or logistics industry is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with freight operations and transportation management systems (TMS) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, fostering strong relationships and trust.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional service.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand services and revenue within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments, accurate documentation, and timely updates.
  • Track and trace account performance, analyze trends, and provide recommendations to improve service and strengthen client relationships.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on shipment status, performance metrics, and any relevant insights.
  • Act promptly to address operational issues, shipment delays, or service disruptions, ensuring customer expectations are met.
  • Keep clients informed about new services, industry trends, and company updates to maximize engagement and loyalty.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of account activity, communications, and opportunities in the company’s CRM system.
  • Follows established communication protocols and maintains professional interactions.
  • Travel up to 10% of the time to CJ Logistics America locations or customer sites.
  • Manage account profitability by balancing client cost expectations with company margin goals & participate in regular on-call, after-hours or weekend rotations to ensure seamless client coverage during transitions.
  • Perform other related job duties as assigned or required.

  • Salary: Your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. We anticipate this role to pay a minimum of $24.04 an hour, but actual base pay will depend on the successful candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience
