About The Position

The Audit Analyst / Accounts Payable Coordinator audits, analyzes, and processes invoices for assigned customers. The role also provides customer service and month-end reconciliation support as needed, meets payment deadlines, and maintains complete data for assigned customers.

Requirements

• Knowledge of accounts payable principles and procedures.
• Detail-oriented, with an emphasis on efficiency and accuracy.
• Proactive adherence to time-critical functions.
• Ability to apply fundamental accounting knowledge and skills to customer invoicing.
• Ability to provide data and reports from assigned customer accounts as needed.
• Ability to work independently while meeting internal and external deadlines.
• Proficient business writing and speaking skills, with a strong desire to exceed overall expectations.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting, or equivalent experience, is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile invoices for assigned customers, including reviewing invoices, obtaining necessary approvals, managing discrepancies, and processing payments.
• Reconcile and manage open invoice (aging) reports for multiple vendors.
• Generate and/or compile accurate invoice data sets for customer reports.
• Manage and respond to emails and inquiries related to assigned customer accounts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
