About The Position

The Frozen Warehouse Team Member controls the receipt, storage, and out-loading of finished goods at the facility, prioritizing personnel and food safety. The role prepares and ships orders, receives and processes warehouse stock, performs inventory transactions, maintains a clean and safe workspace, and operates warehouse vehicles and equipment. The position requires working in a cold environment and collaborating effectively with coworkers and supervisors.

Requirements

• At least one year of warehouse experience, including prior stand-up forklift experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions, warnings, labels, and postings in English effectively.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work in a cold environment.
• Ability to ensure proper product rotation and understand and perform lot and computer control.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Basic computer and data-entry skills.
• Ability to multitask and make sound decisions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and ship orders for pickup or delivery according to schedules and order instructions.
• Receive and process warehouse stock products by picking, unloading, labeling, and storing them.
• Perform accurate inventory transactions and maintain quality standards for audits.
• Report discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
• Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment.
• Communicate and cooperate with coworkers and supervisors.
• Follow and comply with procedures, rules, and policies.
• Maintain a positive attitude and get along well with coworkers.
• Demonstrate teamwork and willingness to help others.
