About The Position

The Freezer Forklift Operator supports warehouse operations in a freezer environment by loading, unloading, storing, and moving products. The role helps maintain organized production flow while supporting good manufacturing practices, quality standards, inventory accuracy, and safe material handling throughout the facility. The listed shift is 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with a $0.50 hourly shift differential. The posting also describes first- and third-shift schedules as available alternatives. The position is based in Marshall, Missouri. The manufacturing environment may have high noise levels and varying temperatures. Physical tasks may include standing and walking around the facility, climbing stairs or ladders, kneeling, repetitive work, and frequently lifting, pushing, or carrying materials. Overtime may be needed based on business needs.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED, or at least one year of manufacturing employment in work history.
Experience operating a forklift and hand jack.
Availability to work a scheduled shift: first shift, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM; second shift, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM; or third shift, 10:00 PM–6:00 AM.
Successful completion of a post-offer background screen and drug screen.
Availability for overtime based on business needs.

Responsibilities
