About The Position

Gordon Food Service is hiring a Freezer Selector for its distribution center at 6200 Gordon Food Service Drive in Concord, North Carolina. Selectors support order processing by selecting products in the warehouse, including in freezer conditions. The role requires being on your feet for 10 hours and lifting up to 100 pounds. No prior experience is required; a dedicated training team provides training. Pay starts at $21.90 per hour, including base pay and the night shift premium, with an additional $0.80 freezer premium for each hour worked in the freezer. Uncapped incentive pay can increase earnings to $29.64 per hour or more based on performance. The listed schedule is Sunday through Thursday, starting at 3 p.m. and continuing until an approximate finish time that varies with work volume. The role requires availability for holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed, and the ability to work in extreme cold or hot conditions.

Responsibilities

• Select warehouse products for customer orders.
