About The Position

The Freezer Putaway employee is responsible for accurately putting away frozen products in a timely and organized manner. The role works in a warehouse freezer environment and involves handling received frozen products, organizing and rotating inventory, and maintaining an assigned aisle. The schedule is 8:00 a.m. to finish, and starting pay is $18 per hour.

Requirements

• Verbal communication skills.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Ability to work independently or within a team environment.
• Ability to use a radio frequency handheld computer.
• Ability to operate a PIV.
• Ability to immediately perceive auditory warning signals, including bells, alarms, and horns, warning of equipment movement, mechanical abnormalities, or similar warehouse risks.
• Provide the most recent employment experience in the application.

Responsibilities

• Put away all received frozen products.
• Consolidate like items to make the best use of freezer space.
• Rotate products so they can be shipped using the First In, First Out method.
• Clean and count the assigned weekly aisle.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
