This role is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day workflow, training, and troubleshooting within a multi-temperature environment, including areas at or below freezing. The position involves tracking productivity using WMS or other systems to ensure goals and deadlines are met efficiently and accurately. The Freezer Lead will provide constructive feedback to associates, conduct departmental start-up meetings, and assist in updating processes and training plans. A key aspect of this role is fostering a positive team environment to positively impact retention through professional communication, motivation, and problem resolution. The role also requires working on the production floor, performing manual labor as needed during non-peak times, and adhering to all safety, security, and SQF requirements. The position may involve performing other duties and working in other departments as assigned, while maintaining reasonable attendance and a professional demeanor that reflects the company's commitment to customer satisfaction.
