About The Position

This position is responsible for Freezer Inventory, including bay by bay and code by code. The role involves operating a stand-up forklift and pallet jack (training provided), assisting in the loading of trailers, and understanding export and manifest procedures. There will be cross-training in the office to cover absences/vacations and to better understand the process. This training is intended to groom lead team members for future management openings. The Lead will communicate effectively in all aspects: verbal, written, and reading. Examples include giving verbal feedback to supervisors, other departments, and co-workers, and compiling paperwork at the end of the day following the daily schedule. Bi-lingual skills are a plus.

Requirements

• Must have less than 5 attendance points at the time of posting
• No disciplines greater than one written warning within the last 12 months
• Basic computer skills
• Willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation
• Willing up to 100# continuously (lift, pull, push, carry requirements apply)
• Must be willing to come in early and stay late, when necessary
