About The Position

Senior Freelance Startup Recruiter (Pre-Seed to Series C) About Funded.club Funded.club partners with venture-backed startups across the globe. Our customers range from pre-seed disruptors to Series C scale-ups building category-defining products. We operate differently than traditional agencies. No time tracking. No micromanagement. If you’ve successfully partnered with founders, built pipelines from scratch, and filled critical technical and commercial roles for VC-backed startups — we want to talk. What This Role Actually Looks Like You manage a range of 3 - 9 startup searches in parallel. You own sourcing, outreach, screening, and candidate management. You provide structured weekly updates and drive momentum. You operate independently, but within a proven, plug-and-play process. You work remotely, in your time zone. You enjoy a full recruiting tech stack including ATS, AI sourcing tools… You enjoy a collaborative, agile environment. This is not a passive “send resumes” environment. This is high-trust, high-accountability recruiting. Placement Earnings Earn smarter than traditional agency models.
