Requirements

• Be able to invoice on a freelance basis, with a valid freelance or self-employed business structure in place.
• Willingness and ability to work on a commission basis as the primary compensation model.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and candidates alike.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality and professionalism.
• Proficiency with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and digital sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
• A self-motivated, results-oriented mindset with the drive to succeed independently in a competitive marketplace.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to facilitating final placements across various industries and functions.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for active and future client vacancies within the Recruitment & Staffing sector.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring a premium experience at every stage of the hiring process.
• Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit for client organizations.
• Collaborate closely with Mercier Consultancy Group's internal teams to align recruitment strategies with client needs and business objectives.
• Proactively identify new business development opportunities and contribute to expanding the firm's client portfolio in the United States market.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the applicant tracking system, ensuring full compliance with data management and reporting standards.
• Stay current with market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent dynamics within the Recruitment & Staffing industry to provide informed guidance to clients and candidates.
