Requirements

Fluent in English (both written and spoken) with excellent communication skills.
Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition professional, preferably in a freelance role.
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring teams.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
Proficiency with recruitment tools, job boards, and social media platforms for candidate sourcing.
Highly organized with great attention to detail.
Adaptable, proactive, and motivated to continuously develop recruitment skills.

Responsibilities

Source, engage, and attract high-quality candidates across multiple industries.
Conduct comprehensive interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including job postings, negotiation, and offer management.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment outcomes.
Provide regular updates and insights to relevant stakeholders on recruitment progress and market developments.
