Requirements

  • Native or fluent English language proficiency (spoken and written) is essential for this role
  • Candidate must have experience in recruitment
  • Candidate must be able to invoice
  • Candidate must be able to attend a 1 day on site training in New York
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously with a high degree of professionalism and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders and candidates at all levels
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the discipline and entrepreneurial mindset required to thrive in a freelance capacity within the Recruitment & Staffing industry

Responsibilities

  • Independently manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to facilitating final placements across a diverse range of client briefs within the Recruitment & Staffing industry
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive headhunting, networking, and leveraging digital sourcing platforms
  • Develop and nurture lasting relationships with both clients and candidates, positioning Mercier Consultancy Group as their trusted staffing partner
  • Craft compelling, targeted job advertisements and role profiles that attract top-tier English-speaking talent for jobs in the United States and beyond
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, structured interviews, and competency evaluations to ensure alignment with client requirements
  • Collaborate closely with the Mercier Consultancy Group team to understand client needs, deliver timely updates, and meet agreed placement targets
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate and client records within the company's recruitment management systems
  • Attend all required training sessions, including the mandatory on-site induction day in New York, to ensure full alignment with company processes and standards
