About The Position

Mercier Consultancy Group is actively seeking a driven and experienced Freelance Recruiter to join our growing team on-site in Los Angeles, United States. This is a compelling Freelance Recruiter position in the United States that offers professional autonomy, the freedom to manage your own desk, and the opportunity to work alongside a globally respected staffing brand. This role is designed for English-speaking recruitment professionals looking for flexible, high-impact work within the Recruitment & Staffing industry.

Requirements

• Native or fluent English language proficiency (spoken and written) is essential for this role.
• Must have experience in recruitment — prior hands-on experience within the Recruitment & Staffing industry is a mandatory requirement.
• Must be able to invoice — candidates must operate as a freelance professional with the ability to issue invoices for services rendered.
• Must be able to follow a 1 day on site training in Los Angeles — attendance at our Los Angeles location for initial onboarding and training is required.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with candidates and clients alike.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently as a freelance professional within a collaborative team framework.

Responsibilities

• Source, identify, and engage high-quality candidates through multiple channels including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach within the Recruitment & Staffing sector.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial candidate screening and interviews through to offer management and placement confirmation.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of pre-qualified candidates across relevant disciplines and industries served by Mercier Consultancy Group.
• Partner closely with internal hiring managers and client stakeholders to deeply understand role requirements and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• Write compelling, SEO-optimized job advertisements to attract top-tier English-speaking talent for jobs in United States and internationally.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring data integrity throughout all stages of the recruitment process.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience at every touchpoint, reflecting the premium standards of Mercier Consultancy Group.
• Proactively contribute to business development efforts by identifying new talent opportunities and supporting the expansion of our Recruitment & Staffing operations in the United States market.
