As a Pro Team Educator, you will be the face of Maria Nila in your community, inspiring fellow professionals through technical training and brand storytelling.

Requirements

• Licensed Cosmetologist with 5+ years of experience behind the chair.
• Excellent communicator who feels at home speaking to both small and large groups.
• Organized and reliable when it comes to scheduling and planning.
• Mobile (access to a car or public transit for local travel).
• Extensive color knowledge.
• Technical skills in styling and cutting.
• Genuine interest in the environment and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-energy, technical, and brand-focused classes to salons.
• Assist field sales teams with events, presentations, and creative activations.
