Provides assistance and quality customer service to retail employees and other bank employees. Completes daily tasks as assigned. This is an entry-level position focused on acquiring the knowledge and skills to efficiently and accurately perform the duties of various support departments. The role involves following established procedures and management policies to ensure good system control and maintain backup files to safeguard financial information. A key aspect is maintaining sufficient records for a clear audit trail of all transactions handled by the department and meeting BSA recordkeeping requirements and reporting deadlines as outlined in the Bank Secrecy Act.
